Boards and Shapes

산업 공정과 어플리케이션에 적용하기 위해 세라믹 섬유를 기본 재료를 사용하여 고온용 Board와Shape 제품을 생산합니다

세라믹 섬유로 제작된 Board와 Shape제품은 백업(back-up) 단열재로 사용되거나 버너 주변, 로 내 고온 부분의 내화단열 시스템으로 뜨거운
표면에 사용하도록 제조됩니다.

Morgan의 세라믹Board 및 Shape은 3가지 사용등급의 제품을 생산하고 있습니다. 따라서 고객의 선택범위가 넓다는 장점이 있습니다. 또한 Morgan은 시장에서 요구하는 일반적인 형태와 크기,모양으로 제공됩니다. 추가로 고객맞춤 요청이 있을 때, 요구조건에 맞는 정확한
형식으로도 생산해냅니다.

다음은 Morgan의 섬유등급에 따른 구성품목입니다.

  • Superwool® Low Biopersistent Fibres (LBP)
    • Alkaline Earth Silicate Fibre (AES):
      • Superwool Plus classification temperature of 1200°C (2192°F)
      • Superwool Prime classification temperature of 1300°C (2372°F)
  • Refractory Ceramic Fibres:
    • Kaowool® classification temperature of 1260°C (2300°F)
    • Cerablanket® classification temperature of 1315°C (2400°F)
    • Cerachem® classification temperature of 1426°C (2600°F)
  • Polycrystalline Wool Fibres
    • Denka® and Maftec® classification temperature of 1600°C (2912°F)
